hand packing of all our citrus gifts. Your order recipient is
encouraged to contact us if everything is not just right. Your
satisfaction is guaranteed. Please notify us in a timely manner,
within 10 days of receipt, to make adjustments if needed. Please
understand, many times when you place your order, your citrus is
still hanging in the grove.
How We Ship
Climate
controlled trucks take your citrus gift from our packing house
to the closest major city near the final destination. The U.S.
Postal System (yes, you can indicate a Post Office Box address -
the Post Office will notify you or your recipient) completes the
delivery to your door or to your gift receiver. Yes, we can ship
UPS 2nd day! Please call our office at 877-378-4848
for additional charges and we will be glad to help. Normal
delivery lead-time is 4-6 days on average. Our
inventory is hanging on the trees... that is how FRESH
our Citrus is. Please allow up to 14 days shipping on certain
special varieties.
Ordering
It's easy to
order online, All of our Delicious selections can be found by
clicking on the Fresh Fruit or Gifts & Baskets
buttons or directly from the Quick Shopping links. Below each
product picture is a drop down box where you select the
size and options you want, then you can click the buy
button to view your shopping cart and complete your order
or you may continue to add more selections to your cart.
Below the Buy
button under each product you have a small box to enter
recipient name, address, city state, zip and any message to be
sent with the gift. You only need to fill this in if you
are sending gifts to multiple different addresses, it makes
shopping for your entire gift list easy. You may
leave this area blank if you are sending only one shipment and
then add the shipping address on checkout. After you make your
selections simply click the buy button place that item in your
cart and to continue shopping.
When you add
the last Item to your cart you Click the checkout button, fill
in the payment information and your gift is on its way!
You will receive a receipt by Email and we will call if their
are any questions. It's that simple.
If you prefer
to Fax or mail your order, use the shopping cart and
you may print out your order after all information is filled
in, then fax or mail it. If you have any questions Call us

We need your
help to make sure your product arrives as quickly as possible.
Please double check ALL shipping information in the shopping
cart and check out form to be sure it is
current and correct: full name, full address (note apartment
numbers), city, state, zip code, and phone number. Please notify
us immediately of any changes, including ship dates, addresses,
and telephone numbers. Davidson Brothers will not be held
responsible for problems due to incorrect address or zip code.
We accept Visa
and MasterCard on our Web site. Our site uses the most secure ordering
system available, but if you are still not comfortable
giving your credit card number over the Internet, you can call us
to place your order. We also accept checks made out to
Davidson Brothers but this can cause delays because we cannot
ship your gift until payment has cleared.
Christmas, Our
Most Busy Time: Order Early, Please
We must receive your Christmas orders before December 10 if we
are to get your gift delivered by Christmas day. With only so
many packing days available, time becomes precious during the
Holidays. Orders received after mid December are automatically
placed on our Gift Certificate Program. We will send the
recipient an attractive gift card letting them know of their
gift from you. We will send the fruit in early January.

Shipping &
Handling Charges
All Orders are
charged a $10.00 S&H fee for each gift shipped unless
otherwise noted. All Payments Must
Be in U.S. Funds. While we work hard to maintain our prices,
constantly changing postal rate schedules can influence our
costs. Prices are subject to change without notice, so be sure
to check the prices at the time you place your order.
Western United
States: We add an additional $5.00 for each gift shipped to
the following States: North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska,
Kansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana,
Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah and Nevada. This additional charge will not appear in your online order total or
receipt but will be added to your total
payment.
Canadian
Shipments: We add an additional $10.00 to prices shown for
each item shipped. This additional charge will not appear in your online order total or
receipt but will be added to your total
payment. Deluxe packs may be shipped to Canada.
Christmas orders must be received by December 10th. Sorry -
there are restrictions on shipping
